As a highly motivated and results-driven consultant, Lil has strengths working in neuroaffirming practice and training, sex, intimacy and relationships within and across neurodivergent community members. With a strong passion for assisting clients across multiple industries (privatised, community, stakeholders and public), Lil is committed to providing innovative, affirming solutions and delivering tangible outcomes that drive growth and enhance organisational performance.
They are equipped with a unique ability to address complex challenges and identify untapped opportunities for their clients and their respective businesses/companies/solo missions!
Costs will vary depending on the demand and required support of each client. Hourly charge at $360.00 for individual consultancy. Group fees apply differently.
Professional Development
Lil has developed multiple training and professional development sessions combine evidence-based strategies with a neuroaffirming lens, creating spaces to support and meet clinician PD requirements in a fun way! She actively promotes the importance of embracing diverse neurotypes and advocating for the needs of neurodivergent individuals in educational, workplace, and community settings.
She has been a featured speaker at numerous conferences and workshops, empowering educators, clinicians, parents, and professionals to create neuroaffirming environments that celebrate the unique contributions of all individuals. We also work with various stakeholders, including NDIS Providers, educational institutions, hospitals, schools and workplaces. We are not just for other clinicians!

Supervision
Lil is a board-approved supervisor. Their supervision approach is rooted in a client-centric and neuroaffirming methodology, emphasising active collaboration and a deep understanding of each client's unique needs, challenges, and objectives. By leveraging knowledge and staying abreast of healthcare trends and best practices, Lil develops tailored strategies that empower their supervisees to achieve sustainable success and ongoing support throughout their allied-health journey. We are also human-first - so Lil’s focus on a shared learning approach is prioritised, knowing they may not have all the answers, may learn from you AND are also determined to learn more.
Lil has a direct and approachable nature, where she embraces creative, forward-thinking, dynamic and exploratory discussions to assist with the reflective practice of each clinician. She comes from an anti-racist, anti-colonial, anti-hierarchical framework, where she strives towards actively practicing decolonising their work and practicing equity inclusion.
Lil recognises her privilege as a white and middle class earning human, and the educational background (+ systemic work structures they operate in) she has and recognise how this plays a role in the way they work with supervisees and clients.

Cost:
$180.00 for low income earners
$270.00 for registered practitioners (All allied health)
$100.00 for group supervision (pp)
GST Tax is included (10%)
